At LaBeau Salon Suite, every service is approached with intention, expertise, and a personalized consultation designed to establish a clear understanding of your desired result. My commitment is to provide an exceptional experience and results that align with the plan discussed during your consultation.

I proudly stand behind the quality of my work and offer a 100% Service Satisfaction Guarantee. Should you feel that your service has not met the expectations established during your consultation, please contact me within 48 hours of your original appointment. This allows me the opportunity to promptly evaluate your concern and determine the appropriate course of action.

Complimentary Revisions

When a concern is determined to be related to the original service and falls within the expectations established during the consultation, a complimentary revision may be offered.

To qualify for a complimentary revision:

  • You must contact Nicole LaBeau within 48 hours of the original service.
  • The revision must be scheduled and completed within 24–48 hours of the original appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • The revision will be limited to addressing the specific concern related to the original service and consultation.
  • Clients are expected to make themselves reasonably available within the designated revision timeframe.

Changes in Expectations

Our consultation is an important part of creating a successful service. Because results are based upon the agreed-upon service plan, a complimentary revision does not apply to a change of preference, change of mind, or an expectation that differs from what was discussed or agreed upon during the consultation.

Requests that fall outside the original consultation or require a different technique, service, additional time, or additional products may be considered a new service and may be subject to an additional charge. Any applicable charges will be discussed prior to performing additional services.
