Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our availability and specialty. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

Please give us a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you are late, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your scheduled service. Your service may be modified or rescheduled as a courtesy to not compromise the next guest.  The full fee of the service may apply.


Spa Etiquette

In order to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience, we ask that you let us know of any concerns, special needs, or questions prior to your service. Communication is key in order for us to provide you with the highest quality services.


Products for a Continued, Long Lasting results.

Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional products at home. We will recommend a home care regime to maintain your results between visits to the salon.


Service Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within 1 week after they were performed. You may reschedule a correction appointment anytime within 1 week at our expense if our service did not meet your expectations according to our consultation. Please call and speak to Nicole LaBeau if there are any concerns with your experience.


Refunds are at the service providers discretion with thorough consultation and investigation of service rendered.
